Welcome to AI Media Group Limited (“AI Media Group”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, SaaS products, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Some Services require a paid subscription. Prices, billing cycles, and renewal terms are shown at checkout.
• Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Taxes (if applicable) are added based on your location and applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload or process content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property, violates privacy, or is otherwise abusive or harmful.
• No attempts to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse rate limits of our APIs or web platforms.
• Respect third‑party rights and obtain all necessary permissions for content you upload.
• Where 18+ controls apply, you may use such Services only if you are of legal age and it is lawful in your jurisdiction.

5. Content & Licenses

• Your content: You retain ownership. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Services.
• Output: Subject to applicable law and third‑party rights, you own the output generated for you, and you are responsible for its use.
• Our IP: All software, models, documentation, and branding are owned by AI Media Group or its licensors.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data.

7. Service Availability

We may change or discontinue features. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Media Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for risk, security, or legal reasons. You may cancel at any time via your account.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules, unless a different law is mandatorily applicable.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this site with a new effective date.
